restaurant in the central square in Nazarè in front of the most popular beach, the environment is friendly and relaxed, typical Portuguese cuisine, overall I found it very touristy in the sense that I would not recommend it for a more romantic or refined ending, our dishes arrived one boiling hot the other barely warm... service not very refined and attentive, at least in our case.

Portions are generous, but food is drab, looks much better than it tastes. They also bring a tray of bread, butter, spreads, etc and only tell you that you have to pay for what you eat IF YOU ASK. Otherwise they just put down and do not explain how much it costs. If you eat from everything, you’ll see the extra ~10€ on your bill.

I ate at this restaurant tonight and it was so good. The food was delicious! The staff was so kind and accommodating to our needs with kids. We felt comfortable and respected.
The owner was extremely professional and even came to the table himself to check on things and bring this to us. The two young men were kind who served us and attentive.
I’m not from this area, but I will definitely be going back the next time I come back to Nazaré! Thank you Obarril Nazaré!!

We have been in Nazare a week, and I wished I had found this restaurant sooner. I am not much of a fish eater, and the top sirloin I had was excellent. Kumar was our waiter and was wonderful. The entire staff we had the opportunity to meet were all so friendly and paid attention to detail. You will go home full at a very reasonable price.
We will definitely be back.

We arrived at OBarrill famished after a long day from Porto and exploring Nazare for a few hours. The server was very attentive and lovely. We ordered the famous cod languiera (I belive I'm spelling that correctly) and the Octopus languiera with a delicious bottle of white wine from the Douro region (a popular wine region in Portugal.) Everything was wonderful and they even turned on lovely music for us, because we wanted to sit outside, which was cold. You must visit OBarill for a snack, lunch or dinner. I promise, you'll be treated like royalty.
