Family run restaurant. Good quality food - The Seabass and risotto scampi were exceptional. Overall small portions compared with the area. Better book late after sunset because the restaurant is on a side street with no view.

It is impossible to give this place anything less than 5 stars!!! If you are looking for the super fresh impeccable seafood then you have to visit!!! The highlight of the trip!!! Some of the best seafood and fish I ever tasted!!

Fisherman themed, family run restaurant with an extensive menu. Food was delicious and service attentive. Portions generous and it was also nice to see locals not just tourists. We will be back.
Probably one of a very few places in Piran that serve fresh seafood and unfortunately this is not a standard here. Exquisite taste and super friendly team. Well done Neptun crew, standing up to the expectations from being a Gault&Millau restaurant.
5/5 nicest owner, the food is amazing. At this place I prefer the fried over the grilled calamari as I’m missing the garlic and olive oil mixture on top. The fish carpaccio was wonderful and I love the antipasti plate with prosciutto.
Based on recommendations we have visited this place and food was good. But service was chaotic, it took 1 hour to get 1st course and experience has gone. It was one of the best food we had in Portoroz, Piran and around but with all received Gault Millaus we have expected more. Pasta we had was very good, sole fish nice but too much lemon in sauce and mussels too salty. Overall it was disappointment but we can see hidden potential for improvement:)

Family owned place for nearly 30 years. Perfect service, incredible food quality. Every meal apart from the beef soup is cooked on the spot. No frozen ingredients are being used. Authentic, genuine true romantic experience. We stayed 3 days in Portorož and ate 3 times in Neptun. A must visit!

Pasta with truffles is something incredible, a mix of shells (6 types!!!!!), I'm sure that you have never eaten anything like this, fresh, which is very important for seafood, cooked perfectly, you feel the real taste of each shell, it can't be put into words😋😋😋 Sea bass melts in your mouth, tender meat, very juicy👍
The staff lives his job, this evening we had a super mega waitress with a great sense of humour.
It's a great place, I recommend it, I even insist.
