We stopped at this place while on a tour about Battambang. We learned about and watched the process of making rice paper! We then had FRESH spring rolls, handmade with fresh ingredients. We had both fresh and fried, vegetarian and with meat. These were some of the best if not THE BEST spring rolls we've ever had!! Very good place to learn to make rice paper and taste food here. Only spring roll, marinate Vietnam paper with chili salt & fresh rice paper with chili salt available here. I added the sour fruits at the left as you can walk a minute, you can taste the delicious and kind woman sell those together with sour fish and pork skin in the plastic. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

What a great little business. They make their own rice paper for the spring rolls and make the spring rolls on site. Make sure to get some fresh and some fried because both are delicious! Only $1 for 4! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

interesting to see how the paper rice are made but that’s all. when we arrived, we asked if it’s was possible to eat and the two ladies just look at us and continued to do the paper rice. we asked a second time and they showed us the restaurant on the front of the road. the woman just asked us what we wanted between fried or fresh and showed us tables on the back. Delicious food and really reasonable. A great insight into the work that goes into making rice paper and the outcome. What's really lovely is that you're supporting locals make a decent living too. Definitely worth a visit just for the springs rolls. Fresh and deep fried are available - four for $2. Drinks were so cheap I had to ask if she added the bill up correctly. The girls that work there are friendly but don’t speak a lot of English. It’s a real spectacle to see the rice paper being made. We cycled from Battambang, which made a really nice ride.

Nice place for visiting the traditional handmade rice paper and also visit local people in the village. The taste of the spring rolls is really delicious and fresh. Finally the view of road is really nice along the small river.
