The ambience is nice. The cafe is well kept and clean. The staff needs more training, some of them can be quite rude sometimes. My muffin wasn't heated up properly, half of it was still cold, I don’t mind. Unlike their other branch I have visited, they dumped my food inside of their paper bag, instead of placing it in a takeaway box, which I think is more presentable. Overall I would come here again anyway. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I got a banana chocolate chip muffin and iced mochacino. Both of it tasted great and was affordable. They heat up the banana chocolate chip muffin before serving it to you. There are plenty of plug points and place to sit down and work. If that is your jam. Ambience is mostly nice and relaxing. The one point I removed for atmosphere is for the toilet. It needs to be maintained more. It isn't horribly dirty. But they need to clean it up much more. It would help to improve the lighting in the toilet as well. Went to Richiamo today, we wanted to order, the male barista was kinda rude, we ask some questions and the barista responded in a such unpleasant manner, the female waiter actually cover up for what he said. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service provided. Please fix your attitude and learn good examples from coffee bean staff.
