I ordered Carne asada quesadilla and fries. The quesadilla was made partial with steak and partially with ground beef. The sour cream I got, was warm and watery, like it had been sitting out all day! Guac was super watery as well. Fries were sub par at best. Service was good though. Way too pricey!!! Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The worst. Go anywhere for Mexican food but here. Hey, there open 24/7! Yeah, good luck with that. If you don't wait 20 minutes before they take your order through the drive through, good luck with them getting your order right, once you drive off. There's lots of good Mexican food in Prescott, this isn't one of them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

never had a bad experience here, been going for a couple years now. the food is always FIRE (I get the carne asada fries, rolled tacos meal, california burrito, or chimichangas meal). horchata is GREAT. there’s almost never a line, the longest i’ve waited in drive thru was like 7 minutes. food is made hella quick & the crew is very friendly. it’s not any more expensive than going to the mcdonalds down the street (like $12 per meal usually) Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Carne Asada Fries

I have never been more disappointed in a place then I was here. I came in with my fiancee and not only did they charge us more then the bored listed the prices as but they were so rude to us. We pulled up to pay for our order that at MOST should've been about $23 but they told us we owed over $40. When we asked them to read us back k the order they read it wrong. We corrected what we wanted and the man went "no, that's not what you said, we already made what I put in so you have to pay for it". WHAT BAD SERVICE!! not only that, but when we asked him to place change our oder, he immediately cut us off saying there's no button to take off anything or change anything. He rolled his eyes multiple times and when we were in the drive threw for about 30 minutes he finally gave us what we asked for and then forgot our drink, we reminded him that we bought a drink and he said we were only aloud one type of drink. NEVER GETTING OUR SERVICE AGAIN! HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE GIVING OUT ! I asked for a cup of sour cream and they gave us stright sour cream watered down. Me and my girlfriend double checked asking if their breakfast bacon burrito had no onion or tomato (she has an allergy). I placed the order and gave it to my girlfriend. Next thing I know she’s throwing it back out into the same bag. Now I’m not saying they should always expect an allergy when not asked. But they should have been aware that IF there’s something in it that it should be. They should tell the customer. Not hope they don’t notice. We wanted dinner late Sunday and decided this was the place to try. Impressed by the size of the platter and quesadilla. Different guacamole and sour cream than we're used to which was fun. The carnitas was good. There are spicy pickled carrots at their toppings bar that are FANTASTIC! I've never had anything like it. 👍 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
