Bought these muffins recently and was quite surprised and happy 🥰. They were sooo rich and absolutely delicious. My favourites were the banana nut muffin and carrot muffin. They had lots of nuts and were so big that you can probably eat half one day and have the other half the next day. The only thing is there was a little too much frosting, but I guess that's the trend now with everyone loading up lots of frosting on cakes and muffins, but you can always simply remove some. But it's a must try 😀🙌.

There are two, its better to buy from the one upstairs after security, so no issues with drinks more than 100mls. This rule will soon be relaxed.
The have a nice range of desserts, sandwiches and hot food like chicken or beef patty.
I had a decaf mocha and it was made just how I liked it.
Friendly service but the chiller took a little time to make.
I prefer our own home brand than the bigger coffee chains.
The beef patty was delicious and the donut was fresh.
Will be back.

Clean comfortable space with tables and charging outlets (quite useful). Decent variety of hot and cold beverages and few sandwich and pastry options. Always love the Jamaican Chicken patties.

Was on my way out and stopped in the Rituals Coffee house upstairs near the departure gates.
The service was less than acceptable. Customers deserve better service. Employeers please educate your staff of the importance of good customer service.

I went to the store inside security. I like Rituals coffee and would pick them over Starbucks. The service was a wee bit slow but they made us excellent drinks and I am very pleased.

I wanted a cafe latte and the cashier said no change. I ordered a cappuccino and u wouldn't believe 2 things. 1. Both staffs, cashier and person making the beverages kept insisting that the cappuccino was a light drink and that I should order something else. I'm like I know what a cappuccino is, trying to remain neutral. 2., I should have left it alone. This was by FAR the lightest cappuccino that I've had in my life... Like literally. It felt like there was only foam in there.
The young lady preparing the beverages didn't even clean or at least rinse the equipment to press the beans. Very unsanitary.
I wish I could give a 0 start but unfortunately I can't.
At least I got refunded.

First things first.... Don't expect Rituals coffee to taste like Starbucks coffee.... Reason... simple, because it's NOT Starbucks. Rituals has their own flavour and style when it comes to coffee. Their prices are affordable for me. My favourite drink is the Moccachino. Their pastries are really very delicious. my favourites are... All the cookies..(I can't pick just one) Ham & Swiss cheese croissants, They have a variety of Muffins... just like the cookies I can't pick just one. They have a lot to offer, whatever your craving... Rituals can satisfy it.

Stock of sandwiches etc were low. Staff kept apace with orders and turned them out quickly. Some wholegrain options would be appreciated. Also some tasty vegan items - savoury sweet.

The location inside the terminal ( at departure gates). Owner or Manager , you must re-enforce your team skills towards to your customers. I spent 15 minutes and saw how bad they treated their customers. Terrible for the business. Only addicted to coffee like me will come back.

Best brownies at the Piarco airport. Get your choco fix before flying. The walnut brownies are delish😋
