We remembered the name from another location and thought ......let's go! That was my first mistake. Once we got in and got seated, it took nearly 10/15 minutes before ANYONE came to the table; only to be told they were out of chips. We ordered drinks, which was my second mistake. Long and short of it.........just don't do it! P.S. Since when do you give a customer taco shells on a sheet of paper and no plate?? The wife and I stopped in for dinner between doing some shopping and we had to end our shopping early due to how long everything took. Sadly we been here before back in the summer and it was really nice and tasty. But what a change Service was super slow (not being dramatic either), there were like maybe half a dozen customers in there. They barely serve you MEAT, the restaurant must be struggling cause they finally chopped all the meats and barely give you a sprinkle on your plate. I wish I would of took a picture of it. Sad when a restaurant starts to fail but I can completely see why. From a place we once enjoyed to now a place I bid farewell. Went here on a whim after a couple of poor experiences at La Carretta and was pleasantly surprised I ordered the Alhambre which has steak peppers onions bacon and cheese and it was wonderful and bright and just flat out delicious, the only problem we've had has been speed of service it took a while to get drinks and we honestly have rarely seen our waiter but he has been kind and is the only one working herethat matters tbh. As far as the atmosphere, it is bright and colorful with modern music and modern decor as opposed to the dreary neutrals at every other restaurant Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food was the standard, very "meh" prepackaged, warmed when ordered affair. We ordered margaritas, our waitor comes back 10 minutes later and mentioned the machine was broke. We ordered other drinks and he returns 5 minutes later, saying those flavors weren't available. 😒 The chips were overly salty too. The drink I did receive was very watered down too. This was the slowest service I’ve ever had in my entire Life. We were the only ones in the restaurant and still took 45 minutes to get food and order. The waiter barely checked on us and was so lazy barely wanted to sit food down. We asked for a check and he literally didn’t bring one and just took our cards didn’t tell us how much the bills were or anything. Like this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant food took so long and was cold. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
