I go here for the margaritas. They taste great and are priced reasonably. The service is always friendly, and we go here so often they know our order. Roc-N-Ritas is a drive up and order place and there are a lot of drinks and items to choose from. There is rarely a line, and it takes very little time to pick up our order. When there is a line of two or three cars the wait time can seem excessive. I have seen cars move out of the line and leave because of wait time. My opinion is that the drinks are worth the time spent in the line. There are a lot of items to choose from so it might be helpful to view the menu before heading over. But lines are rare, the staff is friendly, and it's a unique enough place to hang around and try a drink even if you have to wait a bit. They also have drink specials throughout the week and you can earn points and free drinks with a loyalty customer account. Enjoy the experience and don't forget to tip! It's a great group of people running the place. I highly recommend it!

It's very convenient: the service, especially a young lady named Rae, is always happy and welcoming. The only downside is their use of low-grade alcohol.

I’m a frequent customer and come out of my way to get my Red Bull energy drink from here for my wife and I. I’ve always received great service by the usual employee who works the drive thru. I Came today at 11:36 and was greeted at the window by a super rude employee. She was very upset I was there 20 Minutes earlier. She was practically screaming and her face was livid. I was aware they don’t open til 12 and I was planning to wait until they opened to order my drinks. She was obviously not having that and wanted me gone. It’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere closer to me. Hire people with better customer service.

Fast friendly service and a nice selection of drinks. We bought two margaritas and ten jello shots. All were quiet tasty and welcome after a long day.
Update: we bought our employees margaritas from there, everyone was very pleased with them.

I've gone several times and I am impressed that they taste exactly the same every time I go! I love getting the strawberry pineapple mix ❤️💛
My new favorite is watermelon lime!!! It's safe to just get two. Because after one you'll want another.

Delicious and potent! I don't live far and enjoy stopping for something I'm not really willing to make at home. They have great flavors and the price is exactly what you'd expect from a place like this, if not under (ahhh don't tell them that part)

I go here 3 times a week and I was in line behind a black truck before 10 pm. The lady working kept the black truck at the window until 10 pm (closing time). After I pulled to the window, she turned off the open light and told me that she was suppose to have already clocked out and she will get fired if she serves me, EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN LINE BEFORE 10 pm! This is my first issue at this location and I normally go when the other young lady (who is very nice) is working and I am livid. Customer service is essential.

Ditch Beer 'N All and come here instead. The service (on a Tuesday evening) was very quick, and the young woman at rhe window was very friendly. We had a Classic and another that we can't remember, but it had pineapple and watermelon.
A bit pricey? Yes. It's almost as much as a restaurant, but they're flavored much better here.
