Ordered our food and it was ready so quickly! Fresh and hot food. Quick and great service by our waitress. Good vibes. The music can be a bit loud at times but other than everything else was great. Atmosphere is always vibey and pleasant. They do get very busy and sometimes you have to wait to be seated. Service staff is always great. Their wings are excellent. Cheese bombs are also good. Chili cheese fries goes well with any meal ordered. They do a good Mocha coffee. Their waffles are delicious! I tried the Nutella and Banana Cereal Killer Waffle. Ordered the hackster with 2 x 100g burgers. It was quiet nice although I did feel that the burger was overly done. However the entire sandwhich in its self was delicious. Their passion fruit and lemonade wasn't so great. Love their thick cut chips. The service is excellent you have their managers checking up on you all the time. Unlike umhlanga. Place is less noisy as well. Food was served quiet quick from the time I placed the order. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 300–350

We actually just popped in for a quick bite for lunch. Food was good ...burger was done properly and wings were tasty. Milkshake was also good and went down well. Waiter was good and compliments to the manager also who was very attentive. A good experience in a new restaurant at the Pav.

I was there yesterday with my family and my kids always prefer this restaurant but yesterday was a total disappointment. Firstly sauces were placed on our table then another waitress comes and takes it away for another table but it was ok coz our food hadn't arrived. Then we had placed our order of ribs which we were gona share as our starters but as our main meals we chose burgers from the limited edition. Our meals comes but not my son's, we kept waiting and it never arrived, when we queried we told the kitchen is still sorting it out. Till the time we left his meal never came, how do you do that to a child. We called your manager and had to ask for his meal not to be added to our bill. Your standards are dropping and is certainly not a family restaurant. There was complete chaos with orders as the table next to us as well had their orders mixed up as well... and it's a lame excuse to say the waiter is a trainee coz doesn't he give the order to the kitchen to prepare. Also we queried about the limited edition special as it's advertised with redbull but apparently the special is not with the redbull. False advertising. Came to try the 139 3course special on Sunday the 8th of Oct 23. It was empty but we waited for a good 45min before we served main as starter cold burgers those were.took another 30 min to be served starter of tiny "buffalo"winglets and took another 30 min to be served waffles, very poor service I must say. I went to another resturant and the service was bad. Then I decided to go to RocoMamas Pavilion and I was welcomed by (Shorty) and she sat me down and I told her how frustrated I was and she calmed me down and took my order. I didn't even wait 5min for my burger. The service was top tier, she was jungling between her table and where I was sitting as she was standing in for her colleagues. Very bad attitude from the ladies standing at the entrance of the establishment, not allowing customers to move to a different seat, there are no table numbers and if there are available tables, I don’t see why we cannot move before the food is even served. Horrible attitude and tone when talking to us and telling us not to move, acting like they own the store. Are customers not free to choose where to sit. I would rather go somewhere else to sit down and eat or buy from another roco mama's in Durban. Or buy as a takeaway from here. Disappointing Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
