The burgers were good. The fries were overcooked and the milkshake was a clump of ice cream that we could not drink until it melted. The order window was much too small and the lady who took our order kept asking us to repeat our order. She also kept wiping her nose which didn’t make us feel comfortable. Will not return or recommend.

From my extensive research on Idaho burgers, I can safely say this one tops the charts. Perfect ratio of all the ingredients. Fries were all perfect. 10/10 would definitely come back.

Got my burger with all the fixins on it and it was delish! The fries and my huckleberry shake were also to die for.
I was visiting from out of town but if I ever make my way back there, we will be eating there again!

I don't know if it's the law there but having to wait in line just so I can get a straw for my drink kind of sucks. Maybe they should have lids that don't require straws. The food was good though. If I happen to pass through Coeur d'Alene again I will probably stop there.

Well they haven't gotten it figured out yet. We noticed this location closed for a while and wondered why, "training".
We've been coming to Roger's for 20 years. No longer.
Below is a photo of the $3.79 SOGGY "Large Fries". How many fries are in a Small Fries, 10 fries? You can buy 5 pounds of potatoes for $3.79!
And now $6.29 for a single patty cheeseburger with no pickle, no tomato, no ketchup, mustard or fry sauce. It has their "burger sauce".

I’ve worked for this company for almost 2 years and never have I seen more uncooked and soggy fry’s like this, you can almost sleep on those fry’s for how soft they are, my friend politely asked the manager to remake his fry’s and they came out the exact way as they did before,I know you guys are busy but this is completely disrespectful and disgusting. We live in sanders beach and this is the third time in a row that we received piss poor quality from the staff. Mark Randolph needs to be there to actually train the staff/fill in when needed. You have been losing customers left and right from my knowledge and have lost a few more. Your own staff said they get paid decently but received poor training. Do better Mark and Nicole… this is your “craft” burger of the month missing ingredients and cold as ice. Thank you!!

Tonight was rough. We arrived at 7:30 to a closed order window. After waiting about an hour the order window opened and we placed our order. After waiting another hour and a half we finally had everything. It was a whopping 8 shakes, 2-fries and kids cheeseburger. The food was good, but the service, and time it took to get our food was a joke. The cook from the back had some drive to get things done, but unfortunately the two upfront had no fire under them to get things out the window. I counted just to see, and in the 2 and a half hours we were there, they served around 15 people, and none of them had large orders.

Burgers were fine but fries were not salted and a bit soggy and the coka-cola was not carbonated which was gross! Ice cream size okay for $4.69. Too bad Harrison creamery and fudge factory is closed for the season Worth a little extra drive
