Wanted Italian tonight and discovered this super hip Italian restaurant in downtown San Jose called Rollati. Ordered the thousand layer lasagna with short rib, which is so unique and a welcomed twist on this Italian staple! The garlic bread was one of a kind and super creative, but fell short on flavor. Love the ambitious creativity tho! And ordered a #surpriseme drink and the bartender Michaela delivered amazingly! Adding this spot to my #comeback list. Definitely recommend.
