I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a large Chicken and Mayo (Feta) pizza from Romans Pizza, located next to Spar in Universitas Bloemfontein. My purchase took place today at 17:13 pm, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience.
To begin with, the pizza itself was simply horrible. The crust lacked any sort of flavor and was disappointingly dry. The toppings were sparse, and the chicken tasted bland and overcooked. The mayo and feta combination failed to elevate the taste, leaving me incredibly underwhelmed.
What made matters worse was the extensive waiting period. The wait for the pizza was excruciatingly long, considering the lackluster quality of the final product. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a subpar meal and then have to endure an extended wait for it.
Overall, my experience at Romans Pizza, Universitas Bloemfontein, was extremely disappointing. The pizza was far from satisfactory, and the waiting period was excessively long for what was ultimately a subpar product.
I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their food quality, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

My first experience of buying pizza from this place was so amazing that I held it to such a high standard but unfortunately last week, on the day when I was really craving pizza, I decided to spend my last rands on what turned out to be raw pizza, the dough was not fully cooked, the bacon was halfway done and the Avocado had a certain smell to it. This literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. Unfortunately I had ordered takeout and only realized all this while eating. What a shame, I really was a fan.

I am bumped😏, I normally get my pizza from there. Today they got my order wrong, I'm disappointed to say the least. It was still good food don't get me wrong but it would've been nice if I got what I ordered. This is the first time this has happened though so I do feel like maybe I didn't articulate properly perhaps while ordering. And I was late for work so I couldn't ask them to fix it.
They are understaffed or just dont care at this branch, some orders took abt an hour to come out which needs serious attention or they are going to lose customers which will eventually lead to loss of income
