My experience reflects on extremely poor management and customer service. If enough of your staff calls off at some point they need to make a decision on whether or not to open the dining room, and management should've been present. I ordered a water, and took 40 minutes and 3 requests and an abundance of attitude from the server. She finally brought a cup with ice, another 10 minutes for the water. At the 35 minute mark I asked the server if she could take our order when she comes out- she snapped at me that I needed to be patient. Will never return for dine in. Poor management and poor food quality as of late. My food was delivered by Doordash. They left my food on the ground! No doorbell just a random text which I was not expecting since they claim to not use 3rd party companies to deliver your food which is obviously not true. Pizza was cold because I didn't even know it was there! Kim the manager just apologized no discount or anything to try to help the situation and keep a customer. Ordered again recently to give them another try and pizza barely had any toppings and was very bland called to complain and again Kim wasn't helpful it seemed like she thought I was lying. Smh she requested that I drive there and bring the pizza back and she would make a fresh pizza which is silly and inconvenient. I had the pizza delivered to me and paid the fee plus tip and you expect me to leave my home drive in traffic and wait at least an hour to eat?! Ridiculous I've never experienced such poor management from a restaurant. They don't care about the customer at all! Food: 3 Service: 1

The server, miss blonde hair was so nice, she gave us great service for a small lunch my friend and I had. However the food was so bland and needs to be seriously re-evalued! It’s pretty dead and dry as a desert in here, not a fun place for drinks. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Went to host a Singo game. There was one server for over 60 people. Even though the server was overworked she was still as attentive as she could be. Food was served hot & fresh. Only complaint is that is was cold in there. Most people were wearing jackets to keep them warm. I know I was cold & I had to wear a sweater while working the game. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ate here with 4 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday night. We were worried about getting a table but between the indoor and outdoor seating it took only a few minutes to get a spot. We started off with wine and beer, from a small but good selection. The pizza was fantastic! We ordered a deep dish with two sets of toppings split down the middle. It took a bit of time (which they warn you about) but the wait is worth it. The 4 adults were full before we finished the pizza, and the kids liked their kids meals too. The staff took good care of us, I will definitely be back!

Ok this has happened 2x where we ordered the drink specials and Kaitlyn conveniently forgot to charge the correct price. Disappointed because we like this place. Most days here are really good. Some days the service is a little slow, but overall it's a really good bar/restaurant. Definitely one of my favorite pizzas, I love the dough nuggets, and a really good beer selection. Definitely a great place to watch sports, especially for Sunday special. Bring back Wednesday wing special. We used to go here every Wednesday for 1/2 price wings. I miss the special as it was a good reason to go out on Wednesday.
