This pizzeria is good for people who have supper on the go because they can order dishes as a takeaway. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Many reviewers have noticed that the service is spectacular. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are attractive. Most of the time, Rosati's Pizza provides you with the cool atmosphere. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I had an unpleasant experience at Rosati's Pizza in Fountain Hills. I called to order and asked about deals, but was told there were none. Upon arriving, I found brochures with deals on the counter. The staff were rude, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall food experience was not pleasant at all I will not be going back. Great place for solid pizza. They have gluten free options, just not vegan cheese (my daughter prefers no cheese vs vegan cheese anyway). Great service and very friendly. I e have gotten delivery and pickup and had great service and food both time. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Do yourself a favor and patronize any other pizza joint but these guys. We've tried several times to support our local business but have been disappointed on all but a single occasion. The orders (placed online or by telephone) are either not ready when promised or in the case of the online experience, the discounts offered it advertised never get properly applied. When Corporate was contacted and we shared the experience by their website, they promised to pass the comments to the local franchise. Never heard back from them or Corporate ever again...total blow-off and lip service. Our last attempt to pickup from them was met with rude, arrogant employees who seemed to care less about offering any explanation as to why the latest poor experience. We shared the disappointing hour wait after they stated "order pick-up" with several others waiting by the front door for their (late) orders...mass chaos! These guys have the potential to offer good food at a decent price, but their service and attitude toward their customer sucks big time...I'll choose somewhere else for my future business and hope they go bust and are replaced. Your experience may be different...if you're brave enough to try them. Good luck.

This is one of the best pizza spots in town. The service was awesome and the food was even better. From what I observed from the lobby the manager Corey was very friendly and attentive to cleanliness and making sure the kitchen was running smoothly definitely recommend next time you're feeling pizza!

Came in and the manager or someone supervising was screaming and cussing out the young worker for not going fast enough, while the kid was apologizing. Could hear it clearly in the front. Completely unprofessional and no wonder local places have issues hiring and keeping staff. I wouldn’t want my kids to ever put up with that kind of workplace abuse. Will not ever come back here. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but alas, 1 star is the minimum. I just waited outside for an hour for 2 sandwiches. That is 1 hour, outside, after the 30 minutes I was told on the phone. Total time was an hour and a half. Two weeks ago, I picked a pizza and knew immediately it was NOT what I ordered. I told the staff person and only got a shrug. I have been going to this Rosati's for almost 20 years. Previous owners of this franchise provided good food and service and that is why I kept coming back. I will not be going back anymore.
