I've been coming to Rose Bar for a year now. Mainly visited by expats, a place where you can enjoy a drink without being hassled for lady drinks and hold a conversation because music is played at a reasonable level. Great staff and good food, also the cheapest Chang beer I've found on Loi Kroh
