A must place to be in Itahari if you are fan of Indian cuisine especially biryaani. Tasty and delicious but over priced. But the service was very attentive and the staff were friendly. Bar was equipped with AC but the space for family was little bit hotter as it was attached to the kitchen. Parking space was more than enough and can be utilized for outdoor table servings. Best wishes for future. Perfect for family and friends gatherings.

Good ambience and areas to click selfies. Food is good. I had Biryani, Sahi Paneer and Naan. Biryani was good. Sahi Paneer was sweet and not authentic, still liked it.

The place was busy when i visited there but service quality was poor.They will take surplus time even serving cold drinks. The waitresses were not professional. They were taking a lot more time in bringing the foods and beverages.Pathetic and poor service quality must be improved . Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

One of the worst management. If you wanna visit it on normal day its fine, you might get served on around 45-60mins. On any occasional day, this is the place you must a avoid, neither there was enough place to sit, nor you will get delivered in time. They should have hired extra manpower, extra resource on these days. Literally there was not even a napkin paper. You can check others review as well. You have to call the waiter for like 5 times then only you might get your turn. Its a place to avoid on occasion. Managers must understand that 3-4 waiters and 3-4 chief can't handle this. They must add additional resource even if it for only those days. A lot people were cancelling there orders because they were making people wait for more than 2 hrs. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We ordered chicken biryani and it was already cooked. They served cold biryani to us. Customer service was really bad we told them it was cold and she rolled her eyes and said it’s not. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please save your 500 bucks to other nice place.

Biryani is of okay quality only. You cannot expect much from here. Other than royal biryani, you can enjoy other options nearby. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
