Brand New, yet it’s gone down hill ever since it opened. Dirtier each time I visit. Trash, cigarette bits and vomit 🤮 on the outside walks and entrance, constantly. Most of the employees are HIGH as kite. I had trouble redeeming a discount and the high young man just kept repeating himself with no solution. makes me wonder about the food handling and cleanliness behind the scenes. What a shame, because we were looking forward to this new closer location when they opened. 😞

I have to take the time out my day to acknowledge the cashier name Morgan. Not only was a greeted with a smile, she also engaged in an intellectual conversation. From that interaction I could immediately tell she takes pride in her position and having contact with others. I believe I found my favorite employee and location to come to since I work in the area. Thank you for all you do; your customer service is nothing short of phenomenal

I got some fried chicken and large western fries last night and had some of the worst food I've ever paid for. I normally love royal farms but for some reason the food wasn't prepared well or with care which is disappointing because I barely have the money anymore to eat out. I feel like I wasted $50 because we couldn't even finish it. Idk if it's just this store or not but I was very disappointed. Don't waste your money here

I completely love the new store, location, location, location. The new store, compliments two different shopping plazas as well as the shopping mall. The staff is very professional and the coffee bar is always clean

The girl with the green hair needs to be fired. Super unprofessional and rude. If you don't want to work retail then find another job. I tried to get her attention to buy something from behind the counter and she got super sassy with me. Will not vist this location again.

Yeah had to come on here to post a review because I came in there the other day and Darrell was my guy, I was having issues wit trying to find something and he was there to promptly assist me when I needed it. I wish other royal farms had service like that.

Ordered some Chicken with extra Wedges, both were so bad that I had to throw them... it had distinct weird taste and smelt different... I suspect it was bad/overused oil.. tbh I felt like it was cooked in Engine Oil 🤣😂

Update: I received a follow up call from the owner who offered to replace this meal. Next time I come up However, I tried to do this this evening, and was told by the staff there was no record of this, so it was never corrected. I guess my original rating stands First let me say, the employees were super friendly but I came to this new store to get a huge family meal. I spent $90.00 on chicken and it was so dried out and chewy that most of it went in the trash. Royal Farm used to have amazing chicken but it has really gone downhill. This might be the last time we get it. To spend this much and have everyone still hungry is sad. I'm so disappointed.
