Very tasty food. Very friendly staff. Bit of waiting time before food was served, but assume they have take out orders. Restaurant had not so many guests at the time, meaning we could choose a nice table. It is not so fancy, but still cozy. Södertälje does not have many Indian restaurants to choose from. This one is a decent one, located near to the railway station. Staffs are very friendly. Prices are still ok compared to every other Indian restaurants. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200

Royal India in Södertälje is definitely a spot to remember! The naan bread left a lasting impression – it was absolutely delicious. The warm and inviting flavors were a delightful start to the meal. I tried vindaloo chicken which was super spicy as expected however taste was not that good.. I will not recommend it to anyone...few of my friends ordered palak paneer, kofta curry and Mutter Paneer which they liked a lot..we also had mango lassi which was super yummy.. overall nice experience !!

The food was not that delicious. I expected alot more. The food lacks taste. The Service is not that pleasant. The food potions are horrible. They give you very little amount of food compared to other restaurants, with the same price. Will definitely not recommend this at all. If you want some high quality Indian cuisine then there are plenty in Stockholm. But this one in Södertälje is not one to go. Dropped off into this place for lunch whilst waiting for my car to be fixed. OMG, what a find. The food was insanely good. I had the chicken tikka masala in butter sauce. One of the best Indian foods I have had.
