Just ate there with family around :130pm and was very disappointed with the atmosphere. The manager was literally yelling at his employees which should never be done in front of the customers. The waitress was literally working her butt off as the place was very busy trying to take care of the customers and the manager and other members of staff was all yelling at her etc instead of jumping in to help. Only thing they did was cause more issues instead of being a team player. The man behind the register was very rude to the waitress and guest. I’ve ate there many times with no issues but this time takes the cake. Also I find it very unfair that the waitress isn’t allowed to keep her tips. All tips goes in the jar by the register up front. Food is great, love coming here. Today, the guy working the counter (younger tall guy with a beard) was not only disparaging another country & the fact that they take their sport way to serious, but was using swear words to the customer her was having the conversation with. Not what I want to hear when I take my family out. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
