This restaurant offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Branson Ballknocker. Ruby Tuesday may please you with nicely cooked glazed salmon, pork chops and light salads. Wife and I decided to try this place out. We told waitress, this was our first time here. I ordered Jack n coke, when I got it, it was about 1/4 jack to 3/4 coke, was watered down for $8. Our appetizer, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, artichoke spinach dip, was great. Wife ordered regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich, when came out all the meat was burnt, then covered in cheese sauce, we normally get some type of cheese on top, not can cheese dip. I ordered a 12oz filet medium. When I got it, it looked like someone ran over it and was paper thin, no flavor at all, ribs came with it was covered in BBQ sauce and the picture shows full ribs, these were half the size of ribs and was bland. Being a cook for over 25yrs, this food was horrible, the only thing good was our waitress. We will not be going back there for anything. When we go to Longhorn, you get a 12oz filet and rack of ribs. People should go there, good service, good quality food, great atmosphere, you pay for great food, service, that's what you get. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our experience started with Kelly as our hostess and appreciated the short wait. She kept us up to date and after seating us, Stephanie waited on us. Our party of eight had quick service, every order was right and the quality of food was fantastic. The manager Tony stopped by to check on us and chat for just a minute. Well done! Robin is the server to go to. Shes sweet, stays on top of drinks, gives updates on the status of the food, all while helping other tables and she has a great smile. The food was amazing. I had the chicken and macaroni dish, my friend had chicken strips, and her boyfriend had steak. Shout out to the cooks Bradley and Shane! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I just wanted to get on here and let everyone know to please be mindful of the food!!!!!! My step cousin found this little guy in her food. She didn’t show me this photo until after we got back to our hotel. When I asked why she didn’t say anything, she said she felt too bad to because they were busy. However, despite the bug and taste of the food, the servers were lovely and patient! I don’t want to discredit them with the bad experience we had with our meal. Thank you! Food: 1

This whole experience was average. We had to wait to be seated when the restaurant wasn't even half full. We waited for a server. There were others who came in and stood waiting! No one said they were understaffed either. The salad bar was good but steak tough. We waited to get the check. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This place was super fun and super filling. No one, even the 6'2" guys, went away hungry. We went during a snowstorm in the winter--and they were open! And we were basically the only people in the restaurant, so we got aaallll the service. The food was excellent, the waitress delightful, definitely recommend? Haley was EXCELLENT!! The food was very tasty. Every staff member wore a mask. The restaurant was very clean. The wait time was told to us upon arrival and was very correct. The food came promptly. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Haley was on her job!! She made us feel like family and made sure everything was to our liking.

If there was zero stars I would use it. Just ate at Ruby Tuesday’s. I would not recommend. We were a party of 7. One meal came out wrong. Sent back and was still wrong. Steak was cooked wrong. jalapeño burger came out with no jalapeños on it and was like a hockey puck. They brought out a plate of jalapeños from the salad bar to put on the burger. Two orders of Salmon were under cooked. Spoke to the manager who said I’ll tell them. They did not comp any of the over $200 bill. Big disappointment. Coming in the door, the restaurant smelled; rancid. Wet dirty towels that are used to clean the tables. No one was there to welcome us nor seat us. We never saw the manager. We had the salad bar. It was 5:30 and not overly busy. The salad bar needs attention. Most everything was low or out. The pasta/pea salad had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever!!! Big disappointment. Will not be back.
