My husband's steak was way under cooked. They did fix it but tried to jip him the potato when they brought it back. Once cooked, the steak was awesome! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

AWEFUL TIME, would not recommend Food was cold, after I waited for 2 hours!!!! Waiter had a green vape on hand, not family friendly🥲 Made two of my friends ended up crying because we were so HUNGRY !! We were a large group and made a reservation!! 2 family’s family’s came in after us ordered, ate, and left before my dear friend got her SWEET TEA! In conclusion I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANYONE!!! Service Dine in

We usually go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar. The past few times we have been, the bar is always empty. At dinner time 5/6 pm. Lettuce was empty. No cheese, no ham, no egg, no croutons, no crackers, no bacon bits and no potato salad. When they did put out potato salad it tasted like it was frozen. Very disappointed. My family and I (2 adults and a 7 year old) stopped here on our way from northern VA to SC. It was on a Sunday, around 5 pm. We are fans of RT in SC so decided it was a safe bet for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. We both ordered the salad bar. It wasn’t very clean. Some of the vegetables were very obviously not good. We were told they don’t carry Italian dressing (??). Several of the items were empty. When it came to the entrees, they were ok. My child ordered the kids marinara with pasta. That is the picture I have attached to this review. This is after I took our napkins to soak up the extra water from the pasta. When the waiter brought it out, it sloshed onto my leg, across my salad, and on the table. She looked at it on my leg and just walked off. Thankfully, the RT closest to us is much better than this one. We will avoid it on our travels in the future.
