Went here for prom corsage and boutonniere. Had an in depth discussion about what I wanted, showed pictures and agreed upon design with the floral manager. When I went to pick them up (after paying up front, which is policy and completely understandable), I was baffled because they were very different than what I was ordered and expecting. Instead of dark green, gold, black, and white accents (specifically discussed baby’s breath and wax flowers) I picked up lime green flowers with silver and black ribbon, and pink holographic white fake leaves. Since there was no florist at the O street location, I was sent to the highway 2 location. There, after being told that very little could be done to fix them and being told to get my money back, the florists there were able to remove some of the incorrect elements and make them somewhat acceptable. When talking to the florist at the highway two location, I was told that the floral manager at the O street location (who I originally talked to) had an assistant brought in to make them instead of doing it personally like I was told when ordering them. Later, after going back to the O street location to see about the possibility of a partial refund or some sort of explanation, I was offered a very insincere apology and told that what I ordered was basically final sale (was not mentioned at all when ordering). The florist manager at the O Street Location was standoffish, rude, and condescending. This process was stressful, frustrating, and overall extremely disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone looking for high quality products especially for a formal event.

I was in the store Saturday evening and had taken a work call while checking out, well I get home realizing I had forgotten a bag, called store let them know, I stopped in Sunday morning and grabbed what had been forgotten, the cashier Noah and manager working Kody were both very kind and helpful taking care of me and My mistake. I'm very impressed! Thank you! Also this store is always SO clean

Very clean store, nice interior, and decently located. The store's inside organization is a little strange, but still nice. The parking lot is plenty easy to access from multiple directions. The prices leave something to be desired being a little more expensive for the same items you can find st competitors close by or even their other brand store "Super Saver". The cafe seating area inside is nice, and well lit with clean bathrooms.

Today was the first time I've been here since they expanded and remodeled, and I am quite impressed! Beautiful store, bright, clean, and attractively organized. I especially loved the eating area! Very cozy and homey, with a lovely, warm fireplace burning, comfy lounge with sofa and chairs, and an adorable little playhouse with a climb-up loft for kids to play in. The floral department has a nice selection of very beautiful, classy plants and decorative arrangements, as well as many starter plants, vases, baskets, and decorative containers. Overall a very nice place to dine and shop!
