The combination of terrible OVERPRICED food and ABYSMAL customer service makes it a place I will never consider visiting again. Simple requests were met with sighs and eye-rolls, making me feel extremely unwelcome. It became apparent that the customer service at this hotel was severely lacking. I strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere for a hotel that values their guests and takes pride in providing quality service and food. Over expensive.. Asked for the Coffee, (it's an instant coffee option) which barely has any coffee smell. When asked to topup, the rude lady asked for the extra charge. The atmosphere was very bad. The other breakfast/snacks options were too oily and unhygienic.. Not recommended to anyone.. Should Visit only for bathroom service.. nothing all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Average highway hotel, less hygienic, expensive.. Better be prepared with packed food in journey and don't rely on these types of hotels

Its just like many other hotels in the Highway, and the way foods were kept couldn't entice any appetite. However few people were busy savouring some specially marinated noodles ( sadheko waiwai) at one of the counter.
