The Sage restaurant is first class. The service was unbelievable. There was a gin that they did not have in stock, and they were willing to go get it from one of their other restaurants to make sure I could have that perfect drink that I liked. Overall we had a decent experience. The tuna and affogato were highlights for us. The service was a 4/5. Our biggest issue was the Texas Suf and Turf. The quail was phenomenal, but that was the only good thing. The arugula was DRENCHED in salt to the point where it affected the taste for the rest of the meal, which is pretty unfortunate for a bill of $200+ after tip. The steak was fine but the potatoes that came with it were also super salty. Overall I was pretty disappointed by Sage given the high ratings and high price tag. My husband and I went for an early valentines dinner. We arrived an hour early and they were able to accommodate us. We tested the most delicious drink for one of the managers. He has been working on it for quite some time. It was delightful! All of the staff made our dinner magical! The atmosphere, service and food was spectacular! A sophisticated sultry speakeasy vibe welcomes guests. The decor is modern and timeless at the same time. Job well done for the decorator The cocktails were delicious and also picture worthy. The menu is interesting making it hard to decide on just one dish. The execution was where the restaurant stumbled a bit. We had the tuna appetizer and spatzle. Both were delicious. I actually cannot believe this establishment. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were beyond rude to my friends and I. We asked the server to recommend shots and she was incredibly rude as well as the managers. We came in sober with reservations that were made two weeks in advance. Half of our group is in server industry. They lost a lot of money spent / tipped because of foolishness. Don’t recommend at all.

I am so pleased with the service and ambience here. Our server was top notch and the manager, Miguel, took time out to meet us and offer a little history of this restaurant. The young lady who greeted us offered to take our photos and was so gracious.we will definitely come back. We love the customer service and will be back!
