I ordered and paid and tipped for a custom pizza with two toppings - TWO - and they forgot one of the toppings. So my custom, two topping pizza, had one topping. So I paid an additional $2.39 for a topping that didn’t make it on my pizza. The pizza is good but forgetting to put a complete topping on the pizza is unacceptable. I don't understand the low ratings because this is the best cricket pizza in the state of Washington in my opinion. Super polite people and very fresh food. I'd give 10 stars if I could. My family ordered online. One 12 Inch Regular Landmark Pizza and one 16 Inch Regular Garlic Chicken Pizza. Both pizzas are OVERWHELMINGLY covered in cheese. Like, no crust cause the cheese went over the side. The landmark did not come with any sauce. So it was basically just cheese with spinach. It was supposed to come with sun dried tomato pesto. They called us right after our online order to let us know they were out of chicken so we requested bacon as substitute. Small bacon bits were clumped together randomly throughout the pizza. Got two pizza’s delivered. The lions feast we got the sausage tasted old and oxidized in a way. Couldn’t even eat the pizza. $30 for something that was too nasty to eat. Called them to talk about it the lady was rather rude told me to hold on and came back a couple minutes later and said she just tried the sausage and it tasted fine and that they just switched suppliers. I bought pizza online 2 days ago at 8:30 pm. I get a call immediately back saying that they're closed. To call the next day and order pizza and get a discount. So. I called at 730pm to get my pizza. I m still waiting for my pizza and a phone call from the manager. I have still not received either. I spent 46.99 for 1 LG pizza and a small chicken Cesar salad. I'm highly disappointed... Very good pizza but prices getting too high. I started going here instead of another local well known pizza place because of prices but now... That's why I'm going with 4 stars. Honestly the best crust I have had in a long time. It was easy to chew and not super salty like most places. We ordered one pizza and cheese bread and that fed 5 of us. Prices are fair compared to nasty Pizza Hut. It was a Monday so we only waited 20 minutes when they quoted 30. It’s a small hut so it’s take out only. Definitely will come back. We had a great pizza - crispy thin crust, good fresh toppings, quick and friendly service (the server even brought the pizza across the street to our car). The staff are super nice.
