Who would have thought that you can get nice Neapolitan style pizza in a charming thatched hut in the Japanese countryside? The crust is nice and chewy with good leopard spotting underneath. Their pizza portions were just right for a person. The pumpkin soup is simple and creamy. The most charming part of this experience is the cozy interior. You feel like you are sitting in someone's living room. There's only a few seating inside, so it's nice and quiet. In addition, the jazz music adds a relaxing, chill atmosphere. And even though there are people queuing outside, the staff doesn't rush you to leave. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lunch for 4 persons. we have arugula and prosciutto pizza and spinach bacon pizza. the pizza dough is great. I order hot yuzu and it goes well together. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited in Winter Mid-Jan23. Not snowing but raining. Took shelter here in a 250yr old gassho house to have lunch. Stayed for nearly 3hrs enjoying the eating and drinking while looking at the falling rain outside. Soft ambience music. Nice!! Pizza made to order. Must try the cheesy pizza with local honey. Delicious but be patience to wait. Run by an elderly couple with 2 friendly huskies. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We decided to take lunch here after all the long walks. The pizza was great, the cake was on par, but the wait was far too long!! We waited nearly an hour for it. The ambience at this restaurant was quite nice. County side but with a Japanese feel to it Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
