If you are paying for this I personally wouldn't bother. This was included with our hotel. The service and staff seemed good The starter was fine but then it went down hill. We had a beef and a chicken meal. The beef was so tuff it was recommended as medium rare. Cooked correctly but I would recommend booking a dentist before you enter. The chicken on the other hand was like eating old rope. Not sure if it was overcooked yesterday and heated today or just boiled to death today. The desert was fine until we both tucked into the burnt honeycomb bits what then ruined everything. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The wait staff were trying their best, but it was possibly the most unpleasant steak I’ve ever had. Cooked as I asked for it, medium rare, but still tough and devoid of flavour. Waiter did offer to swap it out for something else, but at that point I just didn’t want to make matters worse by disliking a second dish. If staying at the hotel, stick with the buffet. It’s been year since I’ve been away on my foodie page but here we go, I am back. And what better start that this Incredible restaurant. I had the pleasure to have a dinner tonight in @salia.mt which is all a about Mediterranean food with such a nice Italian flavours. I got the sharing menu and I started with antipasto which was incredible, the bread was so fresh as well as the sauces, then we got the risotto con carciofi, we really loved these ones, we mixed both and the flavours were so tasty and soft, and the portions are perfect . As a mean course I chose the “Guance de Maiale” and I don’t regret it was a party o flavours in my mouth, the mix between salty and sweet was so good, the pork was very good cooked and the bramley apple pure was very good to balance all the textures and flavours. It was so soft and tasty. Last but not least, the dessert was wonderful, small portions but adequate to end a night of many flavors and textures, the presentation was impeccable, the dish looked beautiful, fresh brownies and what better than ice cream to accompany them, the biscuits were hot and crispy 😋. In addition, the staff in special Gabor and James were always efficient, friendly and smiling, the meal times were fast, and also the portion of wine was perfect to accompany the whole night. Lovely food, but felt a very odd menu choice, after ordering a Cheese burger. Which was stunning. To go through the menu choices of pasta boldness etc... It all got a bit much Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This restaurant is the worst experience I had within the hotel. First course was really good and different, but secon course was a disaster. They served us pasta bolognese that tasted like some child was playing in the kitchen; and mushroom risotto that was so filled with cooking cream, that you couldn't taste anything else. For main course I had gnocchi with cheese and tomatoes and my friend chicken with potatoes, both basic, but eatable. We waited for the desert for about 20min, but didn't get a chance to try it.

So as a person who lives in italy for 4 years I have to say this food is not at all italian . We didn't have to pay as it was included in our hotel but if you want to go there as a non guest I won't recommend the food at all because : Focacia was chewy and old same as the beef that took me more than 30 min to chew and was almost choked on . The first dishes as it was the bolonese fusili pasta was just a super market one and the baked potatoes were raw inside. We were just happy with the red wine which was supposedly a cheap tap wine . P.s : the desert was just some weird burnt pastry with date inside with a bad canolo (probably Indian cause there was something weird inside not the cream) If you are a guest in the dB hotel consider booking other resturants for dinner cause here just gives bad name to Italian cuisine and makes you tired of eating thts all.
