Our 1st time trying out Saltgrass in Biloxi. We were celebrating a promotion for one of our sons. And he loves some good steak! We all ordered steaks and had the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything we had was cooked perfectly and so delicious! The service was top-notch! We will definitely be back!!!! Our waitresses name was Porsha (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong), and she was BEYOND phenomenal! I don’t think my husband and I could’ve asked for a better experience not only from her but the food, cleanliness, and atmosphere. We will absolutely be back next time we visit. Best steaks we’ve ever had + bread, salad, soup, baked potato, & broccoli. I also had a Texas Tito’s tea and it was amazing! OMG! The steaks just melted in our mouths! Possibly the best steaks we've ever had, cooked to perfection! Service was beyond excellent, and ambience was very pleasant. No "to go" boxes here. I absolutely loveeeeeeee Saltgrass. Their food is always amazing. We had the jalapeño and shrimp appetizer, and let me tell you, it was HOT. It was good, though, just surprised by how hot it was. You're definitely going to need a lot of ranch. The shrimp cocktail was absolutely amazing!!!! We got the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection. It was absolutely delisshhh, juicy, and tender. It was simply perfect. The baked potato was also delishhhh. The service was simply amazingggg!!! Taylor was so nice, kind, personable, and knowledgeable. She also went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate it. She's simply Top Tier, and when we go back, we're definitely requesting Taylor. All in all, 10/10, definitely recommend!!! The 16oz ribeye was way off. Service was great. Appetizer was great. Atmosphere was great. Super clean. Presentation and taste of the steak was a big thumbs down. It was tender, and cooked to perfection (mid-rare) but there was zero char. It’s like it was cooked on the cool area of the grill. I had to add a good bit of salt and pepper because it was not seasoned. I also had it smothered and the peppers and onions were just a uniformed mush as if it had been reheated time after time. A cook can make or break a restaurant and there was definitely an amateur back there on a, not busy, Sunday lunch. Can’t believe expo let that one out of the gate on looks alone. To sum it up, grey tasteless steak covered in mush. Everything else was great. Check your grill guy. He’s not ready. Last night we had a large party for a company dinner. The food was great, but the service was phenomenal! We had Becca helping us - she was efficient, accurate with our orders and had great jokes too! I'd go back for the food, but the service last night would trump even if we had bad food. Food was horrible steak was not cooked to correct temp does this look medium or medium rare u be the judge I ordered medium my server was great tho very nice and made sure we were ok was not worth it at all!!
