This review is for the lady topping the cheesecakes behind the counter today (01/18/2022) at 8:56AM. Ma’am, you have the worst attitude in the history of customer service. This is how my encounter with the woman mentioned above went: I looked at her and said “Good Morning”. She then proceeded to interrupt me mid comment with a “one second” command. Didn’t even look me in the eye, kept looking straight down like the rude individual she obviously is. Management: Please retrain your employee or move her to a department where he won’t have to be greeting guests. My family and I were going to place a cake order but because of the employee mentioned above we decided to drive to Sam’s in McKinney instead.

Didn't buy anything but did get someone quickly to answer all of my questions. She was very nice. The prices were very reasonable. We just needed a smash cake to come with our cake and they do not offer a free one with their order like some other companies do. I do not think that all of their cakes came with a smash cake either.

Sam's bakery is absolutely awesome has the best cakes birthday or any occasion and they're beautiful. Kinds of pies breads cookies nothing just about anything you can dream up they cook it well yam yam
