A friendly local friend helped us to order and pick up a box before we left Kinmen. As a result, I refrigerated them and at them the next evening. The taste was great, even though they were not fresh out of the oven. The savory ones, in my opinion, are better than the sweet ones. Still crispy and flavorful. I believe they are good for three days if refrigerated. I stopped by the shop and took a look two days earlier and they was no wait (a Friday afternoon). Although some reviewers have mentioned customer service issue, I am unable to comment on this part. When I stopped by, it was to check the hours and see the location. It must be that during busy times (weekends) waits are to be expected.

This store sell only one thing: baked biscuits. Two flavors: sweet & savory . I like them both. I got half- half, 5 of each flavor, cost $150-NT, about $5-US. It's a good buy.

TL;DR: 燒餅店中最愛這一間，鹹的有層次、甜到你心裡，可以不用預定不用排長隊，而且就在老街裡。在燒餅中吃過三寶齋、閩式、金一，各有各的特色，都是好吃。三寶齋：一般假日營業時間都買得到，也不需要特別版排長隊或預定。鹹口味很有層次，不會吃的很單調；甜口味甜而不膩，相較其他間燒餅店算是最甜的。閩式：應該是當地最有名的，如果沒有事先預訂，建議在店還沒開就去排隊，假日7點時去排大概要90分鐘，大多數人都買鹹的，如果只買甜的會快很多。閩式也是燒餅店中價格最親民的。味道中算是相較沒有那麼重鹹或甜。金一：一樣需要事先續訂和排隊，但比起閩式排隊時間只要半小時。可能因為比較忙碌態度比較隨性，第一次買時和你說 8 點前沒拍就買不到，連看都不看你，隔天 06:30 來排隊，其實 07:00 前沒排隊就買不到。味道中規中矩，甜度大約介於其他兩間之間。
