The food was AMAZING!

We placed our order online and received both an email and text confirmation. When we arrived to pick up our order at the recommended time, we were told that the hostess never confirmed the order and that I would need to wait an additional 20-minutes for my meal. The gentlemen at the desk explained that the hostess failed to hit the accept button when the order was received. He not offer a discount for the inconvenience, which would have been appropriate. Ordered ahead 1 hour and pulled into town. Downtown area didn't feel safe. Waited 45 minutes for food as people were seated, ordered, and served. Not authentic Thai, more like Chinese-American, not my type of food- very dissatisfied after traveling 400 miles and not eating all day.
