Moderate dinner experience at Sarhad Restaurant. Prices seem high for the quality offered. Love the traditional setting, but the cash-only payment system needs an update. Tried the lamb karahi special – arrived promptly, good service, though the taste could be improved; meat was overly tender. Overall, a decent experience, but some areas could be enhanced.

Sarhad restaurant located at the heart of Lahore Gulberg Area, We were coming back from a trip and we're extremely hungry when we came across Sarhad restaurant as everyone of us wanted to eat something good quality Desi food and Sarhad restaurant fulfilled all what we were looking for. Everything was so delicious, everyone of us devoured the food. The service was too quick we didn't have to wait much as we were extremely hungry. The atmosphere is very nice for families and friends. I recommend Sarhad restaurant if you wish to try Desi food. Please go visit this commendable eatery!

While Sarhad Restaurant offered a charming, traditional atmosphere and prompt service, the overall experience was just average. The lamb karahi special arrived quickly, but the meat was overly tender and the taste could be improved. Additionally, the high prices and cash-only payment system were downsides. I placed an order for mutton karahi, and it arrived promptly. The service was excellent, however the flavour could have used a little tweak because the meat was overdone. I like the traditional atmosphere, but the cash-only payment method has to be updated.

Always loved the food and traditional sitting there but they must improve the payment system now. Come on…

Nicely done meat. Very aromatic.
However, the air conditioning is not sufficient. I imagine this would be nice in winters but it’s quite a task to enjoy a heavy meal in heat!
One of the staff was quite rude when we requested for better seating. But another staff was helpful when we pointed out that they served as regular coke when requested Diet Coke.

Me and my friends visit here regularly. Excellent food quality to satisfy your taste buds. Quality & quantity of food is worth every penny. If you are a fan of shinwari, it's a must visit place for you.
