Nice as a bar, but do NOT eat here. Got severe food poisoning as a result. Confirmed by a local who says it is a good bar, but not a place you should eat. Nice atmosphere otherwise!

Second time to Toamasina.
Sarkys has become my local
Fantastic host and staff with a warm welcome for everyone new face or regulars.
Great menu (good quality at reasonable prices).
Well worth a visit

Great place for after work drinks or weekend shinanigans. Food is always good. Burgers, ribs, fish carpaccio are my favorites. Occasionally live music and national holiday parties like Independence Day and New Year's Eve.

It’s the Rick’s Cafe of our time. You’ll meet people from all over the world here. Try the Zebu steak or the hamburger “complete”. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully Julis, Laiyla, or Felicia are tending bar because in addition to being smoke shows, they are absolute professionals.

Mediocre food and awful atmosphere with loud music (Toto!) and rowdy white South African clientele. The service was friendly though.
