The food was great and very fresh. The Owner and his team members were very gracious when we visited the store. They unexpectedly gave us free milkshakes which were fantastic. It’s not often you see people who care so much about their business. it’s refreshing to see great owners who go out of there way to take care of the guest. Kudos to you guys. Customers 4 Life !!! Food I got was very well prepared, although it took a bit long to prepare and come out for me. The young white girl with I believe glasses who frequents at the front counter is very good, very personable. Makes you feel warm and welcome. Everytime I've been here she's been a highlight. I had a horrible experience !! I was told that I can refund an order on the phone and then when I get up there they said “ no, if you ordered it online we can’t do that, my boss would never go for that” Then why did you tell me that on the phone ? Then told me to call corporate. That is so unprofessional. If you didn’t know then why didn’t you ask someone. Your employees don’t know how to talk to customers and don’t care. I will never come back here. Such poor service !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
