Went here for lunch, and the staff was super friendly. They were about to go on lunch break and said they would make our food before their lunch and that we could stay as long as we'd like. Not to mention, the food was absolutely amazing! The service was quick, the atmosphere was quiet, and everything was super clean. We have gone to this location a few times, but I have to say this was the best experience I've had there yet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the best Sushi in Castle Rock. They focus on making their sushi not only tasty but very healthy as well. The quality of fish, variety of rolls and attention to detail on sauces is excellent and the pricing is reasonable as well. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and you can clearly tell they take pride in the experience they provide their customers. 100% recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sawara in Castle Rock, CO is a quick affordable place for Sushi! They have a large menu with so many delicious options. You take a seat, look through the menu and order at the counter. They'll bring the food to you. We're new to the area and on the hunt for great sushi. We definitely found it with Sawara! The sushi is fresh, they have great options and even a dedicated gluten free menu. Our daughter loved the kids meal and the staff was incredibly friendly. Food is delicious. Prepared in a timely manner. Staff is kind and quick to fix errors. Walking in, I was a little skeptical but the prices were reasonable and the food was super good. Definitely doesn’t look like some of the other fancy sushi restaurants you find, but the food is so good.
