Walked in here after slogging 100 miles on the sleds. Ordered an allagash and the black bear burger. What a friggin burger lemme tell ya. 10/10 unbelievable. Our waitress was great with our group of 8 snowmobilers. Highly recommended. Huge menu. Good beers. Great service. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Located just outside Millinocket Maine. The Sawmill is a delicious destination, family friendly, fun, and friendly staff. The restrooms are clean. Ample parking with wheelchair accessibility. Service animals welcome. The Sawmill has a warm atmosphere and an impressive menu. My most recent visit here, they made my dog a plain grilled chicken preztle burger. A must for visiting Maine. We were planning on dinning in before we climbed Mt Katahdin but we finished our hike later than we had hoped. The Sawmill closes at 8pm so we called ahead to have our food made to-go. The woman on the phone who took our order was extremely friendly and made sure we would be having a good meal that night. we picked it up at 7:55 and headed back to our Air BnB. I had a bacon cheese burger and fries.... It was a really good burger and if we head back to climb Mt Katahdin again Ill make sure we get to sit down and eat there. Found online when looking for dinner while visiting Baxter. We got the fries, poutine, burgers and a large meat pizza. All the food was fantastic. Reasonably priced. The pizza was extra cheesy, fluffy dough, quality toppings and just yumm!!! Fries were crispy shoestrings. Server was quite short staffed but she remained pleasant, helpful and smiling.
