Great place for coffee, ice cream and breakfast. Breakfast burrito is outstanding he will not be shorted on food.! They have a good variety of smoothies, and the ginger shot is awesome, packs, a punch for two dollars! Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food prices are crazy high for what you get. I've had way better breakfasts and service at other places, paying way less. The service is just basic; they act like robots with no interest in helping and totally disconnected. No friendliness or good vibes whatsoever. Not many cafes in the area, great to have a spot like Scoops. Their lattes and americano's are great, healthy lunch options and a great atmosphere for work. As a remote worker, I have noticed it is hard to come by places like this in Nicaragua!! Staff: 12/10! Always so lovely. Highly recommend if you are in the area!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re looking for coffee/ice cream in Iguana this is a solid option! They also have breakfast such as breakfast burritos! Just be aware that they usually only have like 3 ice cream flavors available. Cash only Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My husband and I came across Scoops and Spokes Cafe by chance while checking out Hacienda Iguana. It’s a cute little cafe with good selection of breakfast and lunch items. I had the avocado toast which was delish! The eggs were poached perfectly with the velvety bright orange yolks running down the toast. Iced latte was terrific too. The staff were courteous. Shane and JJ who run the place were so helpful and likable, gave us great tips about traveling and living in Nica. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

I have basically been coming here for the last week while I have been staying at Iguana. I come here usually in the mornings and handle my work emails. It is a great place for a morning cappuccino, a bite or an ice cream. The breakfast burrito is the “go to” in my opinion. If sitting on the entry table, it can get a bit dusty so be mindful. The other tables are not ideal for working, at least not for me.
