Totally created my coffee with my desired flavors. She was very patient and sweet. Best place to go if you want what you like, not just what's on the menu. My purchase was an awesome, perfectly made hot coffee. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Service: 5

I have to start off by saying the owner is wonderful. I enjoyed talking to him and sensed how proud he is of how well the place is doing after its grand opening. The cake pops get the biggest rave thus far. They are huge and the price is a lot better than other places in the area. If you're wanting a sweet drink it's a great place to go. I do wish there was more sugar free options. The breakfast sandwich that I received was very cheesy, which I know some people would love alot! This seems like a great place when looking for something sweet or a place for teenagers to hang out at. It's worth trying at least once. The girl that was working wasn’t very friendly and did not follow directions of my order well (ie, asked for no whip and got whip anyway). She also wasn’t aware that this Scooter’s location is on the Visit Casper app and is apart of the Sips and Sweets experience where there’s a promo for $2 off any drink. She basically said “we went ahead and applied it for you, but we recommend you figure out what’s going on with that.” It’s hilarious that I got told I needed to figure out what’s going on with it, when she had no clue about it — all there is to do is hit the “check in” button and it goes off GPS (which is in the apps directions), so not sure what else I can do as a customer to coach someone else’s employee on that. I’m taking this as a training issue that management hasn’t coached on at all, but still it overall was a weird experience. The coffee was pretty good though; but to be honest, I don’t think it’s enough for me to be back especially with how many other coffee joints are in town that have better service and are aware of their promo offerings.

Absolutely amazing staff. The owner will always have my respect and business. I went to get coffee for a fundraiser our Casper Fighter Fighters were doing, raising money for a fellow local firefighter fighting for his life. When the owner listened to what I was getting the coffee for, he gave me two pots of coffee for the firefighters and told me if we needed more to call him and he would BRING US more!!! He didn’t ask for recognition- just humbly gave what I was willing to pay for ❤️ Thank you for supporting these men and women who are Casper’s hometown hero’s. You will always have my patronage! First time getting Scooters, I got an iced turtle latte. It was great and the two girls working were so nice! They recommended drinks for me and explained different drink offerings on the menu. Price per person $1–10

Very friendly service, fair priced, and great drink/ food options. We have not had one thing we didn't enjoy there yet. Our three pups even got to enjoy some "pup cups". I always get a hot chocolate here and sometimes it's a hit-or-miss. But today was awful. The lady even asked if I wanted it to be extra hot and I said yes when I got it, I could already tell it was cold. Taking a sip if I wanted to I couldve drank the cup down like water. Overall 3 stars, which is a tough review to write because of their incredible customer service. Breaking the review down on my experience. Excellent customer service!! 5 🌟 - I would go back just for the positive vibes and good energy from the staff. Ordered a hot Caramelicious. 2 🌟 - The espresso seemed oily and was burnt. I only took about three drinks. For a coffee shop, this was certainly a disappointment for me. Ordered Courage Cookies. 5 🌟 - The sugar cookie itself was delicious, soft, buttery and really everything I could hope for. The frosting does have cream cheese which is unique to sugar cookies and not something I personally love in general, but don't see fit to adjust the review on personal taste because it was still quite good. My two year old loved the cookie too! Price per person $1–10

Absolutely loved and have continued to love my visits to Scooters. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful when deciding on a drink. They are very knowledgeable about assisting me on being adventurous trying something new. The breakfast burritos are yummy and Turkey sausage sandwich is filling.
