Love this Scooter's Coffee! The staff is very friendly and if any issues does occur management is great at making it right.
The only down fall is being right across the high school, BUT they do a great job trying to keep on top of the store without impacts for others. So kudos to them keeping the store in line.

I frequent Scooter’s a lot due to their quick service and phenomenal food and coffee. Their new Autumn Caramel Crunch has become a quick favorite of my fiancé’s and mine. Their everything bagel sandwich is wonderful, as well as their maple waffle sandwich.
We normally use the drive through, as it’s quick but if you have a free minute, it’s worth it to stop in, as it’s rather quiet and relaxed.

Went through the drive through to get a coffee because coffee is life. The service was fast so that is always very nice and convenient. They do that thing that a lot of places do now after COVID where they stick the card reader out the window on a stick for you to do the transaction that way. Coffee is good. I got the mocha cold brew and husband got a maple something or another and he said it was good but didn't have as much maple flavor as he would have expected. Overall good though.

Picked up a coffee at this location and took a few drinks and a broken fake nail came out of my straw and into my mouth. Very disgusting!

I like the amount of seating at this location compared to just drive thru at a bunch of other locations. When it comes to their drinks though, Scooters would not be my first choice unless I have a coupon or they offer me a free drink etc. through their app. Their chai is meh, and their matcha latte is fake, watery and not good tasting. All of my friends said they did not care for the coffee drinks they got today either. The only drink I’ve slightly enjoyed from them was their refreshers. Otherwise, I’d say Scooters is probably not worth your money…
First time to Scooter's! What a lovely and cute coffee shop. Great customer service and friendly staff. A conference room is available even if needed for meetings.
Food is poor quality and too salty. Espresso is worse. No micro foam in almond latte, huge bubbles and over steamed. No coffee flavor to it either. The Americano had less color than green tea and tasted like water. McDonalds is far better….

I went once after we received coupons as a welcome for moving into our home. I wasn't impressed by the taste. Yesterday, I went in and used a free coupon to get a small drink. I asked the young lady if I could get decaf coffee, sugar-free hazelnut flavoring (which isn't shown on the website menu), almond milk, and something cold. I told her I was used to frappes and lattes and said, "Frappe, please."
I received a receipt showing a latte as my order and decided to try it. I received my drink, and it was fair. It's hard to give sugar-free anything a lot of flavor, I think, because I experience that other places, too. The drink had ice in it, not blended in, and it began to water down the drink. I shook it each time I drank so the water would get blended in each time.
I may or may not use another freebie coupon in the future, but I wouldn't pay $4.25 and up for a drink here. Don't feel badly, though, I don't like Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, or Dunkin' Donuts.
The staff was pleasant and helpful, moved constantly completing drive-thru orders, and the store was clean.
