I love this place! Great coffee - I had the coffee of the day with pumpkin added and it was so good. The staff is great at recommending things - very helpful - and since I work remote and sometimes need a place to work between meetings, this place has the best setup. Love the booths with the plugs and they are pretty private for taking video calls. This is my coffee shop!

Friendly staff but they were not able to make what I asked of them. Kinda of a coffee snob I requested a specific type of espresso but they could not do it.
The decor was nice and the service was very friendly liked to talk and offer ideas
Great little place for a quick coffee. Staff is friendly. Has lots of quiet places to work or study.

Scooter's is such a hidden gem. I truly enjoy everything about this place. The warm and welcome employees and decor. The consistent and subtly sweet coffee and smoothies. The always clean environment. The whole experience is just always so pleasant. Only wish is that more of these keep popping up in the Atlanta area, as it is always an enjoyable place to make a stop at.
I am biased because I met the love of my life here on a Bumble date. But this place is great. I got some type of large Caramel iced coffee drink and it was delicious. They have tables outside and it was very pleasant.

I only had cash but couldn’t pay with it since the employees didn’t have any change. The first cappuccino I got was disgusting, and the employees were rude and didn’t apologize for not having change.

I was meeting a friend of mine here and had never been before.
There was nobody else but me and my friend there. I ordered herbal mint tea. I specifically went out of my way to say, "I'm only interested in herbal, I am allergic to caffeine."
They didn't call me, and after about 20 minutes, I went up to the counter and said, "Hi there, is my tea ready?" They looked at me strangely and said, "Uh, yes, it's at the pickup counter. " (I didn't know that's how they did it, so that was pretty awkward)
I took a sip, and nope. It was green tea.
I went back up and said, "This is not mint tea. It's green tea."
The girl rolled her eyes, didn't offer to take the cup, and then smiled and said, "ok."
I said, "Would you like this back?"
She rolled her eyes again and took it from me.
I said, "Should I wait for my tea?"
She said, "Yes, hang on."
They made my tea, and I got it from the pick-up counter. They barely looked at me and made no attempt to apologize.
I loved the atmosphere of the place, but the people working there didn't seem to care one bit if I was there or not.

Chai latte unbelievably SWEET. I couldn't even drink it. Should have said less sugar. Didnt think the standard here is a gallon of sugar!
