Went in to have some seafood delights for lunch. But it had to be booked before arriving there. So, ordered chatti chor and was good. Cons: The restaurant was almost empty at 1.30pm. Sat near the reception first but was full of flies, so shifted to 1st floor. There was a 10minute delay for delivery after ordering. Pros: The quality and taste of food was very good. Price was well reasonable compared to other Kerala restaurants nearby. Parking space is available in front. Heard their Seafood items are delicious but have to be pre-booked. So before arrival, make a call, pre-book and go. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It's a good hotel for reasonable price we had a porotta (6) and beef ( 2) and tea (3)and bottle of water (3) and we paid (aed 39) it's a reasonable price but they need to improve there customer service. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person OMR 1–2 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Went with friends , location is prominent with lot of road parking. Crowd was minimal with nationals. Food was average. Service was terribly poor. Every time we had to go and ask for assistance. Seems no one cares about customers. Bathrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. Over all my experience was let down. For the price there are many others resturant in muscat that gives much better food. Suggest to avoid this place is you have another option. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This was my 3rd time Dining and this day was worst experience. I believe, it was poor service. The Cashier was very rude and shouting. I tried to politely clarify my order, the cashier was speaking inappropriately in his indian language and was arguing with me. They gave wrong order and the food timing so late almost 20 minutes.
