My cousin and I stumbled upon this place while trying to visit another restaurant and let me tell you, we were very much happy and satisfied! Although we didn't know what to expect, Semilla showed out on the Chicken & Waffles. And the hot sauce served on the side is delectable! For beverages, my cousin ordered Morning Has Broken w/ Tequila - she enjoyed it! And I ordered the Watermelon Sugar High and substituted the ginger beer with sprite, which made it a little too sweet. So I would probably suggest trying the drink as it comes, if you like ginger beer. I also ordered the Cookies 'n Cream Frappe which was delightful! I would definitely be back when in Puerto Rico. This place had very good food and drinks. They have some unique cocktails on the menu and I was very happy with the gin cocktail I ordered. We tried the tuna tartare appetizer and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. We also got the side greek salad which was very good as well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only critique is that the service was a bit slow. We were in a group of 8 but some of the only people in the restaurant when we arrived and it took a bit to get the food and drinks. Absolutely amazing experience! Food was a 10/10 hands down! The guava French toast was flawless. Drinks were just right. We sat at the bar Shaser was the best bartender and server! Wow!! We picked this place because it was dog friendly. The food was amazing 🤩 I had the ribeye with mushroom risotto and Natalie had the wild caught salmon topped with goat cheese cream, fried prosciutto and pumpkin ravioli. It was fantastic. 5⭐️. It's a tucked away little gem of a restaurant. Service is attentive and friendly. Went in on a Thursday night and it was nice and calm ambience to dine alone or with friends.
