I have constantly been disappointed with the food options in Pueblo, so I had extremely low hopes, but Shah's turned out to be a hidden gem. The classic gyro and fries were absolutely delicious, almost as good as the ones from my favorite street cart in Germany. I am beyond happy. The only thing that could possibly make them better in my opinion is if they had a creamy garlic sauce option. I will definitely be back!

I love Shah’s! One of my favorites in Pueblo for sure. My favorite things are probably the Philly gyro, the spanakopita, the dolmas, and the s’mores pita thing that I always eat before the rest of my food. I always get takeout and it’s always been ready when I arrive at the restaurant. Staff is also super nice

It's so nice to have a different type of food to try. I had messaged them a while back to check if I would be able to eat their food due to a food allergy. Having celiac disease and being highly sensitive, it's important to check. This was the only reason why I hadn't stepped into the restaurant. I was able to eat most of the food on the menu beside the pita bread and others that have gluten. Shah's food is delicious. Recommend ordering from them again.

Gyro Meat
I spent 3 years in Germany, where I had my first Gyro at a Greek restaurant. Was so excited when I discovered this place.
I have eaten here or have had take out many times.
The Gyros and platters are pretty good, nothing spectacular.
I have received multiple emails about the new Smashburger, so I thought I would give it a try. So not impressed. The name definitely fits with what I got, but not like it's picture at all.
The hamburger patty and bun were smashed flat and it all was swimming in so much sauce that the lettuce was soggy and the one tomato slice was hard to even find. There is a picture posted of this new item at the register, very deceiving.
I wasn't going to leave a review, just not order it again.
Since ya''ll sent me an email asking for my opinion, why not.
I live in Pueblo West, excited to hear that you building out here.

Classic Gyro Sandwich
Walking up to the resturant it seemed pretty dark, and at night we could barley see the sign, but Google got us where we needed to be. However when walking in the atmosphere was awesome. Sports and aliens are the decor option and I loved the murals on the wall. The food was also delicious! Gyros of all kinds. Being my first time there I went with the classic Gyro and it was filling and flavorful, especially with a mouth full of tzatziki. Hubby went with the Mongolian and he it was messy, but the Gyro meat with the honey whatever sauce they put on it was amazing. Definitely going back and trying new flavors! Oh and I also love a good French fry. Their seasoning was kind of like a creole, but nothing like heavily seasoned cajun fries. They were fried to a perfect golden color and seasoned just right.

I'm often in Pueblo for work, the first time I came out here over a year ago I tried Shahs and was pleasantly surprised! Excellent food, service, and portions. I come back multiple times every single trip without fail! Ended up buying a T-shirt and I highly recommend it, they're super great quality!!

Good gyro, I got the green chili gyro. Also side of falafel. The tzatziki was just okay, the flavors seemed a bit off. I like how they do a different spin on your traditional gyro sandwich. But It didn't sit well with me person I was with for some reason.

I stopped by after leaving therapy. I took one step out of the therapists office and went back in to ask what I was smelling and she directed me here. I would call this a Gyro-fusion style restaurant. I didn't fully know what a Gyro was when I walked in, but I knew I didn't like taztziki. The menu was fairly clear about what was in each item, allowing me to steer clear of my undesired condiment. I didn't know what some of the words were, but the cashier (who was very friendly and personable 😀) helped fill in some gaps for me. He didn't judge me when I showed my dis-taste at ordering a meal made primarily with chickpeas (they have a vegetarian menu) and instead steered me to what I would like. I let him choose between two entrees to surprise me and I was very pleased with the Mongolian Gyro.
For Gyro, fries, baklava, and a small tip I paid around $17-$18.
I would note that this is not "car food" as I learned. Either eat it in the restaurant or wait til you get home because these things can be drippy. I ended up transferring to a paper plate.

So cool with so many choices! Fast and clean. Parking is ok. The bread and meat were fantastic. Bread so soft and fluffy. If you’re by here, I would definitely suggest stopping in. It’s not too far off the freeway to give it a go. Even if you want to eat inside very clean plenty of seating.
