This place had a little loud music so I could not make calls properly but the food was good. I ordered a small veggie burger and black and white shake. The patty was wider than the bun itself so I cut it with the fork to bring it to the same radius so that I can eat it clean without spilling. The flavor of the patty was nice and unique, a little extra salty but I liked their veggie burger, definitely worth a try! The smoothie was rich and creamy.

Went to Shake Shack for dinner, ordered burgers and fries to go. The store was clean, the workers were friendly and greeted us right away to place an order. We were not ready to order, so we stepped aside to look at the menu and the worker was readily available once we decided on our food. Once our order was placed, we were informed it would be an 8-10 minute wait. There was some seating available while we waited. Our order was ready in the 8-10 minute window. Our food was still warm when we got home and we enjoyed the meal.

This was my first time. I got a double with onion. Very very good but not very filling for $10. Not too greasy. Customer service was decent, friendly, but it took over 10 min and I was one out of two people in the entire store. Typical corporate music playing. Tables were a little dirty and chairs weren’t tucked in. I get it if it’s peak time but the staff had only one take out order and our two small orders. Should take an extra few minutes to make sure things are tidy. I will be going back.

We went to Shake Shack in Springfield, PA, our first experience. The staff said we’d love the food. My wife loved the burger. We paid over $10 for two root beer floats. They had no ice cream in them, which was very disappointing. I told the woman who takes over the counter orders what happened and she said “that’s not good.” When I picked up my food (I was one of the few people left, like a 15 minute wait, I told the woman who calls names and hands out the orders (she’s super sweet). I told her my experience and that I used the “Contact Us” firm while waiting for our order. She apologized and said “next time you come in one will be one me.” I told her that wasn’t fair to her, then said I have been contemplating buying one root beer float. I caved and went to the same cashier and paid my almost $6 for a root beer float. It had ice cream in it this time.
However, after laying almost $50 on a credit card, when I got home my wife was once again upset because the two double bacon cheeseburgers (almost $12 each) had NO BACON on either, and one had a half rotted piece of lettuce (see photo of black in it). The two large blood orange drinks were SUPER bitter (not drinkable). We’re not happy, extremely disappointed and are debating patronizing Shack Shack again. We felt the need to tell this story. We thank you for your time, and wish you and yours great, blessed and healthy days ahead.
Regards,
Joe
I will get straight to the point. My service was decent, and the atmosphere was decent, but everything felt exposed here. It's not secluded like the Panera Bread next door is.
Now the food here is very mediocre! I had a burger, hotdogs, and chicken bites. The Shake Shack sauce tastes like it's almost entirely mayonnaise. The burgers offered very little flavor, and you could get much better burgers from Wendy's, a Whopper from BK, or a Quarter Pounder from McDonald's and they would be a much better burgers than what is here.
The chicken was crunchy real chicken but had no flavor whatsoever other than the overwhelming oil they were cooked in. The oil flavor was so prevalent that it was hard to swallow these.
The hotdog was better than the burger and the chicken, but it was dry, and although long, it was very slim. So I will not try Shake Shack again except for maybe the fried mushroom burger. But I don't expect any of the food to be anything special. I would definitely choose a nice burger from Wendy's before going back here.

We were so excited to get a Shake Shack near us in Swarthmore. The food is awesome. We have been twice, and the burgers, fries, and shakes were delicious. The service was super quick and the folks working there were friendly and helpful. I'm sorry they've received some tough reviews, because our experience was excellent. Definitely check it out! We're so fortunate to have a Shake Shack in Delco and hope it will stick around!

The place is clean and the service is really good people working there really go out of their way but it's a shame they have to serve the food that they have like that it was very small portion I expected it a lot more for the money. This place belongs in a home Depot kiosk instead of a big brick and mortar place.

I couldn't wait to try the shake shack. I ordered a single burger no cheese with lettuce tomato and pickles. I received a burger and a bun. Burger was not throughly cooked. After I put it in the toaster oven to finish cooking the burger. The taste was delicious. The fries were good too.

Food is mid at best. You can get way more value at other places around town and end up with a fuller stomach. Seating is awkward. But the work staff seem to be trying their best

Burgers and shakes were great, fries were bland but crispy. Tables were dirty, and the restaurant is self-serve so no one appeared to be cleaning them.
