This was the worst food I've had from Shari's ever.patty melt had 5 small pieces of onion and meat was over cooked. The other burger was supposed to be a mushroom Swiss bacon burger on a burger bun extra crispy bacon. I will not ever eat here again period then the bill was all wrong over priced and not one single thing was Wright about our visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The servers work hard to make your visit goood and the food is made well to put a good meal in you. I love the general design and atmosphere, though the upkeep with the upholstery for one of the large corner seats near the entrance needs some serious work; It has some holes that need total replacement or heavy repair (I can only imagine a kid or customer became a handful, or a stray animal came in one night to that specific corner.). It honestly is still a very good restaurant and we are glad to go there, the prices are decent for these days and all for tasty food that will fill you up nicely and good servers that are there for you. This restaurant was extremely dirty. My slow roasted hand carved Turkey dinner consisted of lunch meat put on a grill!!! So disgustingly disappointed. Better off going to Winco and getting a microwave dinner. That container with whipped cream and berries is my poor pie slice that was carelessly tossed into my bag. I think he shook it up before plopping it in there. :( Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered the prime rib dinner to go. The meat was at perfect temperature for what I wanted. I asked for double order of horseradish, and the answer was, "we are all out of horseradish." How can you serve prime rib without horseradish, a main condiment for that cut of meat. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order, but luckily, I had horseradish at home. So I kept my order. Like I said, the temp. of meat was good, but could have used double if not triple the amount of seasoning. Like they say, if you think you've seasoned enough, season some more. Didn't like the service. Mocked about the way I ordered something cooked. My meal was cold when it got to me. Employment complaining about other employees 🙄 Just unprofessional. The lady taking our order was more in to flirting with my guy vs. Taking our order, he eventually stopped talking and I had to finish our orders. It was awkward!! The food is typical diner food. Its reliable and tastes good. I usually have good service there but today was really poor. The lady took our order. We didn't see her again until the food came. And then we never saw he again (she never came back to check drinks or if we needed anything else). We had planned to order pies to go but decided to pass and went somewhere else for dessert. She wasn't very pleasant either. The manager on shift was pleasant enough and seemed to be rushing to pick up the slack with other tables. I am sitting outside the restaurant after eating right now, because I think this needs to be said. I came in because I wanted pancakes after work this morning. There were lots of groups there. I was quickly greeted by Heidi and she sat me in a booth and got me coffee. While I was looking over the menu I overheard Heidi cheering on and encouraging the cook and it continued multiple times throughout my dining experience. You could tell there was a lot going on, and I swear I only saw 4 total employees there, but they were making it happen. My pancakes came out promptly and they were delicious. Heidi was everywhere helping everyone, but when she was at my table she was attentive to detail and gave a great experience. I love to hear people encouraging each others, and it honestly made my whole day seeing that bit of kindness. Thank you!
