No loyalty discount on gas today without a hastle. I had quite the trouble today using my Sheetz loyalty card. After scanning my card the pump kept saying, "pump first gas card not accepted, see cashier." I don't even know what a pump first gas card is. But, I went-in and explained to the cashier what had happened. She didn't know what to do and could only offer to handle prepayment. For a fill-up, this would have required yet another trip inside. She even pulled out her trusty calculator to estimate how much I would need to prepay. This was kind. But, what I wanted was to fill-up, pay at the pump, and leave; no trips inside, especially when only one register is available at a busy location.
I've been coming here for a month, once a week, and have to say it's been top-notch. Tea has been fresh, bathrooms clean, food has been good, staff have been friendly, and the gas at a lower price to where I live is always good. The self check outs with a card have made life easy-to-use instead of queuing up. Highly recommend for a quick pitstop.

I often frequent this Sheetz store as I'm on my way to and from work. I have to say that Sheetz employees need to be retrained in customer service. At no time have I been greeted as I was coming in or thanked as I was leaving. It's the little things that count, and it's a shame that Sheetz doesn't recognize the importance of customer service anymore. This lack of customer service is disappointing and reflects poorly on the company. Sheetz needs to ensure that their employees are taking the initiative to be friendly and helpful to their customers. This will create a positive customer experience. 95% of the time, when I order MTO food, it's not made correctly or fresh. Additionally, Sheetz should invest in better training of their employees to ensure that the same mistakes are not made over and over again. They should also focus on providing high-quality ingredients to ensure that all customers get the freshest and tastiest food possible. Finally, they should look into customer feedback to make sure that they are responding to customer complaints and improving their services. I try not to complain every time they get something wrong, but when it keeps happening, I get tired of it! With the proper focus on quality ingredients, customer feedback, and service, Sheetz can make sure that their customers have a consistently great experience. Do you agree? I thought so!

This is the closest Sheetz to the Airport. Sheetz is an okay place to use the restroom because it is usually very busy. This location has a Dine-In area. Staff is good. 4 Stars because the parking at this location is limited, the bathrooms are okay, I usually see the trash in the bathrooms overflowing, and the pop selection is disappointing.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and neat.

Very clean ,quick service I been stopping at this sheetz often for a the last 2mo & this 1 young lady is always so Nice & friendly (NAY) is her name she behind the counter preparing food . Every person she greets them with a smile . Thank you
I am absolutely at one of the managers at my local sheets off of West market in Greensboro North Carolina I have gone to the store almost every day for the past year or two today I went and purchased a drink sat in the dining area to conduct an interview on the phone for a potential employee after I completed my telephone call I went to the kiosk to order myself a sandwich after I went and paid for my sandwich I waited just as I always would with a group of 3 to 4 customers other than myself when the manager a short possibly Hispanic lady yelled out in front of all of these people who had my specific order number if I had it and I had paid for it but I did not pay for my drink that I had to which I instructed her yes I did and she pretty much told me that I didn’t until she finally went and checked and then just looked at me and said oh you did I have never been so embarrassed in my life especially inside of an establishment that I frequent almost every day and then tonight only been embarrassed but then to have brushed it off as if I still have made the mistake not offer So much as an I am sorry all I’m saying is that management needs to be more professional especially this young lady and maybe you should check your computer system to see if something was paid for before you yell out in front of every other customer inside of your establishment accusing someone of theft or either don’t have self check out kiosks thank you for your time I hope you actually read this because it was extremely unprofessional of a visit
Ordered a croissant and got a microwaved bagel! Next day I went to talk to the supervisor about it and she really didn't care. I showed her the pictures, but it didn't work. I am not worried about the breakfast, I just didn't like how they handled this issue. The supervisor didn't really care! One less customer then who cares!

How can y'all roll a blunt, but not a steak wrap? 😂 On a serious note: I love the crew at this store. Always fast and polite, and work well together. Thanks for the extra, free shnacks on Valentine's Day..made it so much better
I work night shift so I stop here a lot to get food. The staff is always friendly.
