The gas station is dirty, the bathrooms are dirty, the parking lot pavement is broken and a mess, the gas pumps do not have receipts, the tamper-resistant seals on the gas pumps are broken - meaning your credit card is at risk of being hacked/stolen, and after reporting several of these things to the gas station employees they became upset that I even brought it up. I came back several times to see if anything had changed and things have only gotten worse, they obviously could not care less. I would highly recommend staying away from this gas station unless some dramatic changes are made.
False advertising on fuel price is a BIG NNNOOOOOO! Non Ethanol is advertised across the building at $3.59 but is $5.09 a gal! I explained this to the on site rep. and he could not provide a clear reason or answer I showed pictures but he couldn't explain as to why somebody has changed the non digital signs in over a year. Pure lazy.
I wish I had photos but this was the absolute nastiest dirtiest store I've been into the bathroom was horribly dirty the worst bathroom I've seen in 20 years the owner obviously doesn't care You can see from the trash in the photo just in front of the place, The owner was running the cashier and I spoke to him he did not care
The location of this store is convenient, but the owner and cashiers are always unwelcoming, rude and never offer to give a receipt. They always smile and greet the white customers, but don’t say anything to the black customers. You should greet and thank every single customer that is keeping you and your family in business, especially during this pandemic. I will stick to shopping at Blue Sky and Exxon on E. County Line like I was doing before this store was built here. I’m annoyed and disgusted.
COUNT YOUR CHANGE!!! 😡😡I've stopped at this Shell a few times going to work and when you pay with cash, there is a cashier (who seems like one of the owners ) ALWAYS shorts your change a dollar or less. It doesn't seem like much until you calculate them doing it to hundreds of customers. I've caught them eveytime and the cashier always acts like they didn't realize it.
