This location has gone downhill. How are you gonna run out of Kolaches at 7:40am? I asked to fry a fresh plain donut for my mother because she can't have glaze, and the woman taking my order got an attitude about it. I still got donuts for my family because they are happy with the food quality. Please do better. You have to come by here early to get the best donuts. Any time after 7a everything starts going downhill. They start making donuts about 3:45am (FYI)

Second time bringing breakfast to co workers from this Shipleys. First time they gave me raw donuts, this time they gave me a box full of stale kolaches, yet they were mushy inside. Pretty much the stuff from yesterday. Very embarrassing to show up with this to work. Wont ever trust them again.

Usually love Shipley Donuts and choose them over other shops. Apple Fritter was burned and dry. Dozen donut holes was only 11. And prices were above the norm. Go to Snowflake Donuts instead.

Lady behind the counter was very nice and didn't get frustrated when my card wouldn't work. Tried so many times, even after restarting the computer. She kept her cool, unlike me lol finally after entering card number in I was off. Need to add tip to the receipt. Rarely carry cash on me these days. I'll go back. Their jalapeño kolaches are (as an 9ld friend would say) "da bomb"

Went in to get my son 2 dozen sprinkle donuts for the last day of school the older Hispanic lady at the check out said she didn’t have enough I could clearly see in the back they had more so I pointed it out she said no only 1 dozen. So I got 1 dozen of sprinkles and another dozen of normal donuts, as she was filling up my normal box they put out a whole new tray of sprinkle donuts -.- this is why I shop with local and not big retail! I’ll stay with my local donut shop Donald donuts in deerpark!
