Our first visit. Good tasty fresh food. Refreshing pine and green apple drinks. Service was excellent especially seeing that the gentleman moved our table outside as we requested. Love the place. Definitely ready to try the white choc & blueberry babes

Absolutely love this place, the food is so fresh and good. From their wraps to their daily specials you can’t go wrong. My favourite is picking 3 half a salads, mixing and matching so you can have a bit of everything. Their soups are to die for in the winter especially the tomato one.

Delicious coffees. Bright interior with outside seating available. Breakfast options are very tasty. Place really comes alive at lunch time where menus are prepared daily, with an emphasis on fresh, healthy foods. A refreshing option in the area.

What a gem! Located in Umhlanga, Shoots & Leaves is a refreshing addition to the neighborhood. They make the BEST avo on toast as well as their oats. Definitely worth the visit. Staff are amazing. Venue is clean and fresh. They also offer a lunch time harvest table option which is great for surrounding businesses.

I love this little creative space! Music is always so nice, the coffee is always consistent and the food is great but what tops that is the team who run the space! Always smiling and happy to serve people well. Definitely recommend Shoots and Leaves!
