Great Food, the girl waiting on us was even pretty nice,, but we had two orders, going two different places and asked that they be separated in two different bags. I ended up with my Mom's burrito and she mine. RIP OFF!! Not only was a simple huevos rancheros horrible.. they charged $15 for it. There was hardly any egg in it. Just filled with beans and rice poorly wrapped. Cashier wasn’t great either. NEVER going there again. PS.. I don’t normally write reviews but it’s more of a principle thing. I do really enjoy the main restaurant on the other side of town, but the F street Xpress location seems to be taking advantage and skimping. Food: 1 Service: 1

Was excited to give this place a try... sadly, the girl's attitude and behavior was deplorable at BEST. Her attitude was so disgusting, I think it carried into the taste of the food, which was slightly warmer than room temperature. First time going, last time going. I literally ordered a chicken taco and 2 mini tacos, only special request "no beans, just rice as side"... she had an attitude the whole time... sad for her I'm a 20%+ tipper, she got 0, first time for everything tonight I guess... this place is a "NO" for me dawgs... Super Cute! Si Casa Xpress. I love this place in Grants Pass. The staff was super nice and helpful. It's very clean inside the building. They have a drive thru order board and window. They have a really nice selection on the menu. They play some great music. Holy cow the burrito is amazing. The carnitas taco was super yummy. The chips and salsa can you say it's all FffffResh@!$^$

I went thru on my 30 min lunch. Service was great, the gentleman that assisted me was professional and attentive. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and chips & salsa. (Tiny paperbag of chips and 16 oz of salsa $6.50) When he handed me my order, I thought the chips looked a little too brown but I thought it was just me. But I got back to work with 12 min left to eat. Opened the soup, which was 16 oz of broth and very little chicken. They gave me another container filled with tortilla strips, some shredded cheese, 1 small slice of avocado, some diced tomatoes, diced onion. There was an abundance of the side garnish but not much soup. The chips, tasted burnt and the salsa was terrible. It reminded me of pace picante with some fresh cilantro tossed in. I won't even mention the hibiscus tea I got, reminded me of kool-aid but I think I was charged $4 for 16 oz. Very disappointing. The cost of eating out is already high. Being in the top 20% of restaurant reviewers on Google I wanted to review this place as its usually busy! I got the fajita burrito with chicken. It was huge!! BUT it completely fell apart from the bottom making it inedible while driving. Maybe if it was a burrito bowl it would have worked out but I ended up having to throw it away which was disappointing because it wasn't cheap. Chips and salsa were mehhh. Our regular Mexican food restaurant was closed so we decided to try Si Casa Xpress. They had a variety of items on their menu and the service was fast. We got the fajita burrito and this thing was massive! Not only was it big, but it was also super delicious! One burrito would have been enough for my boyfriend and I to share. I came through the drive thru and asked for a side of rice and beans with my tacos, the lady taking my order was super rude, impatient and kept interrupting me. When I got my food surprise surprise no rice and beans. I came back around to the window because there was now a line full of cars and she rudely denied that I got rice and beans didn’t ask me if I’d like to purchase them after her own mistake and sent me on my way. My food was cold by the time I got to eat my food. Never going back to this location and that brat needs to be put in her place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So Casa Express is perfect for stop for any quick meal. They are faster than fast food, more delicious and fresh than fast food and for what you get it’s definitely in your budget for any meal. Add friendly, helpful and courteous staff no matter what time of day or what the weather is- always wonderful staff. My personal favorite are the street taco and the chicken burrito but everyone in my family has a different favorite and we all love Si Casa Xpress … and honestly every Flores family restaurants.
